  • Free delivery for orders over KD 25 within Kuwait
  • Flat rate of KD 2 for orders under KD 25 within Kuwait

What if I'm not available at delivery?

What are the tire warranty terms?

Tire warranty is valid for one (1) year and covers manufacturing defects only. Vibration warranty and flat spot warranty are valid for seven (7) days from the installation date.

What are the battery warranty terms?

Battery warranty duration varies by brand and is stated on the purchase invoice. Batteries cannot be returned or exchanged after installation unless a manufacturing defect is present, in which case it will be covered under warranty.

Are other spare parts covered by warranty?

Yes, genuine spare parts have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Imported parts may carry longer warranty periods depending on the manufacturer. The specific warranty period is indicated on your purchase invoice.

What if I receive a part that's incompatible with my vehicle?

If you receive a part that's incompatible with your vehicle due to an error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges. If the incompatibility is due to an error in the information you provided, we'll assist you in finding the correct part, but restocking fees may apply.
