We commit to delivering all orders within Kuwait within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.

Delivery charges depend on your location and the size and weight of your order. All applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery service is currently limited to within Kuwait. For international shipping, please contact customer service for information and pricing.

Installation Service

For installation services, our team will call the customer to determine the best suitable time within the next 24 hours after placing the order.

Installation services are subject to technician availability and additional fees may apply based on the type of parts and service required.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for B2B auto parts and accessories in Kuwait.

A refund is only available if the product has not been used, is in its original condition, and is returned in the same unopened packaging as delivered, with all labels and documentation.

Once we inspect and approve the returned item, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method. Shipping and installation costs (if any) are non-refundable.
