At B2B.com.kw, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your auto spare parts purchases. This policy outlines our terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and warranties.
1. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers may return most new, unopened items or request a refund under the following specific conditions:
- Returns or exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date.
- The original invoice must be provided at the time of return or exchange.
- The item must be in good condition and resalable.
- The reason for return must be due to a defect or mistake in the item, which was not evident at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the customer. The refund process will take no more than three (3) weeks.
3. Tire Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Tire warranty is valid for one (1) year and covers manufacturing defects only.
- Vibration warranty is valid for seven (7) days from the installation date.
- Flat spot warranty is valid for seven (7) days from the installation date.
4. Battery Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Battery warranty duration varies by brand and is stated on the purchase invoice.
- Batteries cannot be returned or exchanged after installation unless a manufacturing defect is present, in which case it will be covered under warranty.
5. How to Return Products
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Bring the product along with the original invoice to our store or service center.
- Our quality team will inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions.
- Once approved, your return, exchange, or refund will be processed according to our policy.
Please note that the shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in cases of factory-defective products.
